Drinktec Trade Fair

Drinktec Munich Trade Fair, September 15 to 19, 2025 is the world’s leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry. Since 1951, exhibitors and visitors of Drinktec have been seeking answers to what drives this industry. The fair takes place every four years, with BrauBeviale fairs in Nuremberg in between. The Slovenian Hop Growers Association has been participating in all these fairs since 2013, as we recognize the importance of promotion in fierce global competition. At our newly updated and equipped booth, we will showcase various Slovenian hop varieties in cones to visitors, explain all their characteristics and brewing values, and offer promotional materials and hop samples.

We will promote five Slovenian brewers with beers made from Slovenian hops, allowing visitors to taste the final product from our varieties. Joining us will be: Clef Brewery, Green Gold, Haler Brewery, Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing, and Vizir. We will also offer visitors traditional Slovenian meat products. We will also conduct a roundtable discussion on hop growing. So, there will be a lot happening at our booth!
