Aurora

Aurora is an aromatic variety refined at the Institute of Hop Research and Brewing in Žalec and is a descendant of the English variety Northern Brewer and Slovenian heritage. The variety is distinguished by very good agronomic properties for hop production and harvesting. Aurora is recognizable by its pleasant hop aroma and bitterness, which are reflected in its very good brewing value.
