Bobek

Bobek is an aromatic variety that comes from the same crossing family as Aurora (Northern Brewer and Slovenian male hop) and was refined at the Institute for Hop Research and Brewing of Slovenia. The variety is distinguished by very good agronomic properties for hop production and harvesting. Bobek is recognizable by its pleasant hop aroma and excellent bitterness, which results in very good brewing value.
