The variety is known for its good agronomic properties for hop cultivation and harvesting.The variety is globally recognized for its fine hop aroma and pleasant, harmonious bitterness. Beer brewed with Savinjski Golding receives very good organoleptic ratings for bitterness, aroma, and flavor.
