Styrian Eureka is a dual-purpose variety, both bitter and aromatic, refined at the Institute of Hop Growing and Brewing of Slovenia in Žalec from traditional Slovenian and foreign hop heritage.
The variety is known for its good agronomic properties for hop production and harvesting. In different types of beer, it develops a very pleasant traditional hop aroma or pleasant fragrance notes. In addition, it is characterized by a harmonious, medium-intensity bitterness.
