Styrian Gold

Styrian Gold is a variety bred at the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing from Savinja Golding. The breeding objective was to improve the traditional Savinja Golding in production characteristics while maintaining its exceptional brewing value. The variety is known for very good agronomic characteristics for hop cultivation and harvesting. It is an aromatic hop variety distinguished by fine hop aroma and pleasant, harmonious bitterness. Beer brewed with Styrian Gold achieves very good organoleptic scores for bitterness, aroma, and taste.
